How does the intro trial work?

Choose a trial set and only pay for shipping and tax. Once you order your trial set, you’ll receive a full-size subscription order for each of your trial products in 30 days. You can change the shipping frequency, the shipping date, pause, or cancel anytime.

What happens with my trial after 30 days?

One month after ordering your free trial, you'll automatically receive your first full-sized renewal order. Afterwards, your subscription will renew every 8 weeks. Your default payment method will automatically be charged, though you're able to pause or cancel that subscription at anytime through your online account, or by contacting us at help@hawthorne.co.

How do I pause, push back, delay, or cancel?

With your Hawthorne subscription you'll always have the ability to manage it via your account page – you have the ability to pause indefinitely, push back the ship date, and also change the shipping frequency. We'll also send a reminder email to you before your replenishment orders are processed in case you want to pause, or push back an order before it's shipped. If you'd like to permanently cancel a subscription, shoot us an email at help@hawthorne.co any time before that renewal order is processed.

What if I don’t want my products or want to end my trial?

You can pause or cancel any of your subscriptions at any time through your account page or by reaching out to help@hawthorne.co. If you’re not a fan of your trial products, let us know and our team of experts will recommend new formulas.

Can I return or exchange my intro trial set?

Our Intro Trial offer allows you to try out products before making a commitment for the price of shipping and tax. Because of this, we are unable to refund your intro trial set and we do not accept returns.

If you are not happy with your products, while we do not offer exchanges, we are happy to make new recommendations for your next subscription replenishment order. If those recommended products don’t work out, we will be happy to retailor them or offer a refund for your paid subscription replenishment item.

How can I have my intro trial products retailers?

If after receiving your paid subscription replenishment order, you would like to retailor any of your products, feel free to reach out to lab@hawthorne.co and we can get that process started. We will retailor your products based on your feedback and send over alternates to see if these work out better for you.
