Do I need to use SPF?
We agree with the American Academy of Dermatologists that everyone should wear sunscreen, which can help prevent skin cancer by protecting you from the sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays, as well as blue light (HEV) from phone and computer screens.
How, when, and how much should I apply?
In the morning, layer on a dime-sized amount of Face Sunscreen after you cleanse and moisturize. It starts working immediately, although the standard 15-minute waiting period before getting rays is still recommended. Reapply every two hours.
