- What should I expect switching from an aluminum-based deodorant?
- Aluminum works by blocking your pores, preventing you from sweating. When you make the switch, your body and skin will take 5-7 days to start adapting and 1-2 weeks to fully adapt. You may experience a little more sweating as your body adjusts, so feel free to reapply once during the day.
