Hawthorne Giveaway – Official Rules

By participating in the Hawthorne Surround Scent Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Hawthorne (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. If a participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must submit the entry on their behalf and accept the prize if selected as a winner. Employees of Sponsor, Target, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win.

2. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, eligible participants must:

• Purchase a Hawthorne Cologne product from a Target retail store or online at Target.com during the Giveaway Entry Period.
• Then upload proof of purchase (a clear photo or scan of the receipt or screenshot of the order confirmation showing the Hawthorne cologne purchased from Target) via the entry form above.

Each individual Hawthorne Cologne purchased counts as one (1) entry. Multiple purchases will count as multiple entries, subject to verification of uploaded store receipt or order confirmation email.

Entry Period: Entries must be submitted between Friday, April 11, 2025 and Wednesday, April 31, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside of the Entry Period will not be considered.

3. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will occur within 7 days of the end of the Entry Period.

Winners will be notified via email to the address provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of the notification, an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted by law) before receiving the prize.

4. Prizes

Each winner will receive as selected and decided by the Sponsor 1 Playstation 5 (exact number, event, date, and location to be determined by Sponsor). The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize will be disclosed at the time of winner notification.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption will be allowed except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

5. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, forged, or does not comply with these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, or undelivered entries or communications.

Participation constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) for Sponsor and its designees to use participant’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

6. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and solely for the administration of the Giveaway.

7. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Target, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses of any kind caused by participation in the Giveaway or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
